NEW SEASON PREVIEW

New Season Plays will preview on Sunday, Sept. 19 at Pembroke Hill School, 5121 State Line Rd, K.C., MO. Doors open at 12:15pm. Plays scheduled are:

The Quadruple Life of Janie McCoy - written by Marcus Steinour - directed by Goerge Stewart

B & B - written by Rachel Comer - directed by Geri Eicher

The Crystal Methuselah - written by Dutch Harpool - directed by Dutch Harpool

SCHOLARSHIPS

The Senior Barn Players Board has announced that no Performance Arts Scholarships will be offered in 2010 due to the state of the economy. Two men won the 2009 auditions, Andrew Luzania from Shawnee Mission Northwest High School and Kent Reynolds from Piper High School, each received a one-year non-renewable scholarship of $1,000.  

 

Call Us...  Information regarding the plays presented this season is shown on the Shows pages.  The  Entertainers continue to be available for booking and are ready to provide musical variety programs all year. Activity directors and potential agencies (churches, service clubs, senior organizations, etc.) may book performances or check schedules by calling  the SBP office.   Call (913)-381-4004 or E-mail info@seniorbarnplayers.com.

  Time For Fun - SBP members do not spend all of their time and energy performing. The Social Committee have had a number of events. Those in attendance rated the social activities "very enjoyable" (As shown on these representative photos.) and look forward to more in the future.
